Fantastic customer service!

I ordered a subnado lite not knowing that the “subnado” had a little larger battery and more extras for about $60 more. So I’m returning the “Lite”. The customer service via email worked out great! Thanks Waydoo! I did purchase the Waydoo Submado and just used for several weeks in the Isles, it recharged quickly and only weighing 3 lbs was unbelievable the power it had! I love it!

Fun in the ocean

I first used it at the beach in Punta Cana. It was awesome!

Best water and snorkeling toy

We just went to Aruba and used the Subnados to swim with the hawksbill turtles and other turtles and also all the fish at the coral reefs.
One of the most important things we learned is that you need to have the paperwork to get through TSA and you guys were generous enough to supply that information.
I took two of the Subnados and connecting them to the dual applicator and surprised everybody in front of our hotel with how fast I went and going underwater. I had people coming up to me, asking me if I could rent them to them or they could buy them.
We saved a a lot of money by not having to rent a similar product on our vacation.
We use rollup Adult bands to stay afloat and only bloom up halfway so we still go underwater. That was great for when you wanted to stop and just flood on top of the water.
Great product and a blast to demonstrate to others.
